Nicole Fielding is a highly skilled project and change management leader recognized for her ability to motivate teams and rally individuals toward achieving significant goals and missions. Nicole helps individuals and teams discover how to reach high levels of performance by fostering environments where compassion and results coexist harmoniously. She believes we all show up as our best selves when we feel secure and connected to an authentic purpose. 

As a Human | Work mentor, Nicole works with individuals to connect to their purpose by building sustainable practices and processes that pave the way for long-term success. 

Aside from her leadership roles, Nicole is an adjunct professor and guest lecturer, recognized as an expert in psychological safety and Agile practices. She mentors students and guides colleagues across different organizations, assisting them in overcoming their most complex challenges.

When not working, Nicole is most likely getting purposefully lost in the remote areas of the West, teaching her pup Buckley a new trick or two, or learning about sacred ceremonies and rituals.
